The new bookmobile is equipped to offer the same services as a regular library branch, including book lending, digital resources, and various programs for all ages.

is open 7 days a week in 9
locations in 2026. Hours of operation are also standardized as noon to 8 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, and 10 am to 6 pm on all other days.

Family Day Weekend Approaches

For many, the Family Day weekend kicks off Friday, February 14th, as it is a PA day from school.  Visit your local library branch to fill the time with fun and activities.  Our event calendar has programs to look forward to and of course, all the books, movies, and more are there too.  All branches are open Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm, closed Sunday, and then Central, Riverside and Budimir reopen Monday from 9 am to 5pm.  All other branches reopen with Continue Reading...

Moving Towards a Greener Library

We are excited to announce a small but important change aimed at reducing our environmental footprint. With sustainability in mind, we will no longer provide plastic bags for carrying books, movies, and other materials. Once our current supply of plastic bags is depleted, we will transition to a “bring your own bag” policy. Update: Riverside Branch Open

A short-term closure for construction at the Riverside Branch is over and patrons are once again welcome inside.  The branch will be open from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM today. The Riverside Branch is having air conditioning work done in preparation for the summer months, so there may be some noise while work is completed.
