We’re excited to welcome visitors to the new Central Library, now located at 400 City Hall Square in downtown Windsor. The branch will officially open its doors on Thursday, September 24, with service available from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Hours of operation at the new Central are the same as our other branches.
