It’s time to celebrate! Although we can’t celebrate the way we had hoped, we’re organizing a series of events to commemorate the Town of Riverside turning 100.
Now a much-loved neighbourhood in the City of Windsor, Riverside was incorporated as a Town in May, 1921. Though amalgamated by the City of Windsor in 1966, Riverside still maintains its “small-town” charm with its walkability, great shops and bustling schools and a close-knit community of friendly people.
To commemorate the anniversary visit Riverside Branch, to pick up your RIVERSIDE’S 100TH GOODIE BAG (while supplies last). We will also be offering a Riverside-based trivia game and an Escape Room (set in Riverside Arena), both of which can be played virtually. Later in the year, we hope to offer a speaker series, featuring notable Riverside residents.
Check out our latest eNewsletter which features the anniversary and watch a video about the Riverside community.
