The new bookmobile is equipped to offer the same services as a regular library branch, including book lending, digital resources, and various programs for all ages.
The Bookmobile schedule can also be found in the Events Calendar.

locations in 2026. Hours of operation are also standardized as noon to 8 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, and 10 am to 6 pm on all other days.

Prohibition in the Border Cities gave rise to many stories of rumrunners, speakeasies and people who fought against illegal liquor. On Thursday November 29, an appreciative audience gathered in the Community Living Room at the Central Branch to hear local author Patrick Brode (pictured left) retell the story of the deadly confrontation between innkeeper Babe Trumble and Rev. New Central Library Functional Plan Approved

The Windsor Public Library Board has approved the new Central Library Functional Plan which administrative staff and architect Jason Grossi began in 2016. The two-phase initiative captures the vision for a new central library and includes costing estimates and the results of various community consultations. LawDepot: DIY Online Legal Forms in Minutes

LawDepot is an online tool, available to library customers, that provides customizable templates for popular legal forms. Bill of Sale, Last Will and Testament, Lease Agreement, Power of Attorney, Promissory Note, and Prenuptial Agreement are just a few examples of the hundreds of forms available through this resource. We’re happy to announce the addition of G1.ca to our eResource lineup. G1.ca offers free G1 & M1 practice tests to library customers; these tests have been developed specifically based on the official ON Ministry of Transportation driver’s handbook.
