Local author, Patrick Brode releases his latest history of Windsor.

A good assortment of history buffs, curious library visitors, supporters and admirers of writer Patrick Brode, attended last night’s launch of BORDER CITIES POWERHOUSE: THE RISE OF WINDSOR, 1900-1945. The WPL Seed Library and Apartment Garden
