The new bookmobile is equipped to offer the same services as a regular library branch, including book lending, digital resources, and various programs for all ages.

locations in 2026. Hours of operation are also standardized as noon to 8 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, and 10 am to 6 pm on all other days.

Family Day Weekend Approaches

For many, the Family Day weekend kicks off Friday, February 14th, as it is a PA Day.  If you’re looking for activities and fun for the kids your local library branch could be just the answer.  All branches are open Friday (and Saturday) from 10 am to 6 pm.  We have programs, books, movies and so much more.  Branches are closed on Sunday but the Central, Riverside, and Budimir branches all open Family Day Monday from 9 am to 5 pm.  All other branches reopen Tuesday Continue Reading...

February is Black History Month

The Windsor Public Library helps raise awareness and understanding during Black History Month each February. This year, adults and seniors are invited to the Muir Branch for a discussion and presentation featuring the powerful words written and performed by Maya Angelou and Bob Marley. Expanded Service – Open Sundays Starts January 5

The Windsor Public Library is ready to expand service and take the guesswork out of operating hours in 2025.
