Help Shape the Future of Windsor’s Central Library!

The Windsor Public Library Board wants to hear from you.

Nearly a decade ago, we first asked for your input on a permanent home for the Central Library Branch. Since then, we have moved into the historic Paul Martin Building, navigated a global pandemic, and expanded library hours to better serve the community seven days a week.

Now, while the Paul Martin Building is prepared for an exciting transformation, it is time to plan for our next chapter—and the Windsor Public Library wants you to be part of the journey.

What: Public Information Centre (PIC) for
New Central Library Layout and Amenity Options
Where: Windsor International Aquatic and Training Centre presented by WFCU Credit Union
WIATC Lobby
401 Pitt Street West
When: Tuesday, September 23, 2025
5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

This is a drop-in PIC where display boards will showcase three unique layouts and amenity options to be considered for when a future location is determined. Library leadership and architects will be on hand to gather input and answer questions, but no presentations will be made. All materials, including a survey, will be available online at windsorpubliclibrary.com from September 23, 2025, to October 5, 2025.
