The Windsor Public Library Board shall permit the use of its library meeting facilities by commercial organizations needing facilities for training or meetings for a predetermined fee and by educational, cultural, political, or civic groups which are of a non-profit nature at a discounted rate of the predetermined fee. Please note that rentals of 3.5 hours or less can be charged half of the fee listed in the fee guide.
