New WPL Catalogue & App Coming Next Week

We’re excited to announce that on Wednesday, December 15, Windsor Public Library will be transitioning to a new online catalogue called Enterprise!

Anyone who tries clicking on the old catalogue link starting December 15 will automatically be directed to the new one.

ALL of your account info will automatically be transferredto this new catalogue so there is not much that needs to be done on your end!  For those of you who like to the use the “Shelves” feature in the existing catalogue, all of your shelves should be transferred over into Enterprise under the “My Lists” feature.

We also have news for our app users.  Some of you may have noticed that we quietly launched a new app this past summer. However, since it was still in the testing phase, we were allowing customers to continuing using the old app.  On December 16, however, the old one will be discontinued and any users that try to open it will be directed to download the new app from their app store.  Just look for the FREE “WPL Mobile App”!

Please note that there is currently no “list” feature in the new app but we’re hoping to add that in early 2022.  Those of you who enjoyed using their personal “shelves” in the old app may prefer to use the browser version of the new catalogue (after December 15) until we can get this feature added to the app. Our apologies for any inconvenience.

  2. Using my usual saved sign ins can not access Enterprise.
    I have manually typed them in as well and they still do not work

    On regular sign in receive error message ” Login failed.Try again”.
    On downloaded app WPL-mobile receive error message ” The field ‘login is too small ”

    Friday Dec. 17 and Saturday Dec. 18/21

    The new web set and app are a down grade from the old site, much more difficult. I enjoyed logging in and looking around finding new reads, not any more. The app is even more disappointing. I use to be able to manage every thing from my phone but no longer.

    i cannot get the catalogue to work correctly on my phone. I have the NEW Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. Hmmmmmm

    Please go back to the old catalog.This new one is much more difficult and not enjoyable.
