All WPL Book Returns have been open since June 15 to receive materials checked out prior to our closure in March. Please be aware of your due dates and return items as they come due. Anything checked out prior to June 24 should now be returned. Book Returns are open 24/7.
I returned material on Monday, June 13. However, now I note a late filing charge. I assume this is a result of the 72 hour hold. May I also assume that the charges will be reversed?

I have been having a problem returning my books -it is taking longer than 72 hours for the books to show returned. I also dropped off some movies on Monday night and the bin was really full enough that the last book was still sitting in the slot so not very safe. You either need larger bins or have staff working til 8-9 at night and replacing with an empty bin. Why can’t staff wear gloves and check the items in on the same day and let the books sit for 72 hours after that ? Thank you

I have a book that is due on August 6th.
I will be returning it today (August 3rd). However, it is a holiday and the library will be closed.
The book won’t show that it has been returned until 3 days after because of the isolation process.
Will there still be fine posted to my account?

I recently linked my tablet with the app for E book services and subsequently checked my account status. At that time (July 15) my account showed there were no books signed out on my account. Dates changed several times for resumption of library services and I did not receive a notice that books were being returned as of July 15. Checking my account today and noting there is now $6 plus owing in late fees. I would like to speak to Customer Service regarding this matter. Thanks.

I have a Material that’s Overdue that was supposed to be returned yesterday, it’s Bacurau on DVD. Checked it out on Saturday, Due yesterday, returned on Monday. I know you guys keep Materials in Quarantine for 72 Hours. Currently don’t have money owing on my account. I’ll be coming to Chisholm at opening today.
We take into account the quarantine period when checking in materials. Please let us know if you experience any issues.
