Filling out forms can be a frustrating and difficult task. Luckily, the St. Clair College Forms Clinic has returned to the Central Library.
The Forms Clinic is being run by paralegal students from St. Clair under the supervision of a licensed paralegal professional. They will be available – at no cost – to assist the public in filling out a variety of forms and applications – government, immigration, business, education, – even some legal forms. They are strictly here to assist with the completion of such forms, and cannot offer legal advice.
A few examples of forms they can help with include:
- Passport Applications
- Tax Credit Forms
- Government Forms
- Credit Card Applications
You can find them at the north end of the 2nd floor of the Central branch every Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00 am-3:00 pm through April, though they will not be around the week of December 25-30, 2017.
If you can’t make it to Central during these times, you can also find the Forms Clinics at Family Services Windsor-Essex, Housing Information Services or the Taras Natyshak Community Office.
