The world has lost a leader whose like we will not see again. After spending much of this year in and out of hospital, Nelson Mandela died today, December 5, 2013, at age 95, after a life which hit the nadir and reached the zenith of human experience. While we are all poorer for his loss, we are infinitely richer for his impact on the 20th Century and humankind.
