FRED 2.0 is Coming to a Location Near You!

The Windsor Public Library is thrilled to announce the launch of our brand-new bookmobile, FRED 2.0!

The new bookmobile is a library on wheels equipped to offer the same services as a regular branch, including book lending, digital resources, and various programs for all ages.

We’ll be making scheduled stops throughout the community, but please note stops can be cancelled without notice when unforeseen circumstances arise. Please follow us on social media and check the calendar often for cancellations and additions.

About FRED and FRED 2.0:

FRED is an acronym for the Freedom to Read, Educate and Discover.  FRED was our previous bookmobile, which was purchased used in 2016 and had a strong run of events and locations until 2020.  FRED 2.0 will continue that incredible legacy for years to come.
