Andrea O’Brien, Manager, Operations
The Manager, Operations is responsible for WPL HR matters including research, planning, administration, policy/procedure development and labour relations. The Manager, Operations also coordinates and oversees all WPL Board Operations including acting as liaison between CEO and the Library Board, organizing meetings and drafting Board materials.
Ms. O’Brien obtained a degree in Honours Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Windsor, and holds a CHRP designation through the HRPA. Prior to joining Windsor Public Library Ms. O’Brien worked in various Human Resources positions in the automotive sector in Windsor, ON.
