Little Free Library

The Little Free Libraries are run on the premise of “take a book, leave a book”. All it Little Free Libraryrequires is a library of some sort, anything from a home-made wooden tree house, used laundry hamper, to an antique suitcase. These are left out in public spaces, both outdoor and indoors, and encourages use by the entire community. Most libraries have been built by private citizens who are hoping to strengthen literacy in their area. WPL and partners are hoping that our LFLs will enhance Windsor neighbourhoods while promoting literacy.
