Public Internet Access Issues

UPDATE (MAY 31, 4:30pm): ALL LIBRARY ACCOUNTS SHOULD NOW BE ABLE TO LOG IN AND ACCESS PUBLIC INTERNET STATIONS AT ANY OF OUR BRANCHES. 

However, please be aware that there may still be some minor outstanding issues with internet session time limits. We are continuing to work with our vendor to resolve those. 

 

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our public Internet sessions at all branches.  It appears that the system is only allowing each account one session per day and is not refreshing this count overnight. Therefore, any library account that logged onto a public Internet station at the library yesterday may be prevented from doing so again today.

Internet session time limits are also not functioning properly. For those who ARE able to successfully log in today, please be aware that a library employee may verbally let you know when your session time is up.

We are working with the company that provides us with our Internet login system to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
