Learn How – To Get a Great Night’s Sleep at ‘Sleep 101’ Workshop

Most of us can probably recall at least a few nights in the past month or two where, even though we were exhausted, we just couldn’t seem to stop tossing and turning in order to get a full night of peaceful, quality sleep. Despite the fact that a good night’s sleep is an essential part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle, it’s something that doesn’t necessarily come naturally to everyone. Well, do we have good news for those of you fit the description above!

    As much as I’d like this event, I work weekends, is there any chance of it running again sometime in the week?

      Thank you for your question! We don’t currently have another date scheduled for this workshop. However, we have had a large number of people interested in this topic. We’ll certainly look into the possibility of hosting this program during the week at another time. Thanks for the suggestion.
