We learned all kinds of great skills in our 2016 ‘How-To’ Workshops including painting, bookbinding and yoga. Fans of the workshop series can rest assured that 2017 will bring even more chances to learn fun and informative skills.
On Saturday, February 11, we’re kicking off this year’s offerings with something that everyone can use – a fitness session for your brain! We’ve invited Mind Strong founder Chelsea Wade in to show you how you can keep your brain fit and healthy as you age. She’ll share her strategies for maintaining optimal brain function and cognitive ability through a series of fun and engaging activities.
