In the first book of the Twilight Saga, internationally bestselling author Stephenie Meyer introduces Bella Swan and Edward Cullen, a pair of star-crossed lovers whose forbidden relationship ripens against the backdrop of small-town suspicion and a mysterious coven of vampires. This is a love story with bite.- Summary of Twilight.<\/p>\n

This book was such a swoon! In the story of Twilight, there revolves the conflicting elements of Edward’s and Bella’s love. Overall, I had found the main character, Bella, a pleasing character. Yet, as the series went on, her foolish and irrational decisions and thoughts were revealed, which made me disliked her a tiny bit. However, the introduction of Edward and his passionate feelings won me over in the end as he pursues Bella in such a gentle manner. Ultimately, the whole series underlines the star-crossed lovers’ passionate emotions even though the forces of the supernatural kept them apart.<\/p>\n
