Give to the Windsor Public Library Foundation
The Windsor Public Library Foundation annual fund raising campaign is underway and will run through March 2008. The money raised will be used to purchase much needed bestsellers, CDs, DVDs and reference materials at all locations of Windsor Public Library. Since 1997, the annual campaign has raised over $140,000.
“Windsor Public Library provides a world of information, learning and entertainment. We are unique - we have something to offer everyone - but without support from the WPL Foundation and the community, we would be unable to continue,” says WPL CEO Brian Bell. “Our funding is limited. We need public support to help us add to our collections and research materials and provide resources that would otherwise not be available.”
Anyone choosing to donate can contact us at fundraising@windsorpubliclibrary.com and we will arrange for your to receive a donation package. Also, donations - cash or cheques made payable to the Windsor Public Library Foundation - can be delivered to any Windsor Public Library location. A charitable tax receipt will be issued for all donations of $10 or more.
