The Manager of Information Technology is responsible for day-to-day operations of the Information Technology Department including end user devices, application deployment, helpdesk support, network infrastructure, telephony, data security and retention, print management, server management and Internet connectivity. He provides vision and leadership for all I.T. projects, future direction, capacity planning, and business continuity. He Liaises with 3rd party vendors and creates partnerships to achieve the I.T. goals of Windsor Public Library. |
