On the other hand, the Main Branch of the Windsor Public Library has become so deliberately vacant that it appears more than half closed permanently already! Where exactly is all the contents and Library programming going? Does the public not have a right to know? If the Local History Room is moving to the Sandwich Public Library Branch – How can that existing Sandwich Branch possibly handle all the contents properly for the public, if the existing Sandwich Branch is hardly much bigger than the existing Local History Room on the second floor of the Main Branch of the WPL and the new Branch in Sandwich won’t be finished construction and opened for months?

“…Closed for Staff Development and Training…” Could / should that gesture not also be expanded made specifically relevant to include ‘Members of the Windsor Public L Board’ and members of City of Windsor Administration pertinent to the Windsor Public Library system?
