If you have been using the Zinio for Libraries App to read digital magazines on your smartphone or tablet, you have likely received a notification alerting you to install the new RBdigital App. Within the next few weeks the Zinio for Libraries App is being phased out, and all eMagazine readers will eventually be required to transition over the rbDigital platform.
- Use the same email address/password in the RBdigital App that you already use to sign into the Zinio for Libraries App; there is no need to create a new account.
- Your checkouts for Zinio for Libraries titles will carry over, but you will need to re-download your issues to read them offline.
- All of the same magazine titles and issues will still be available.
- If you are reading the magazines online (streaming) through a browser, there are no changes to the process for you.
Once you have installed the RBdigital App, you can use it as your one-stop-shop for checking out, downloading, and reading digital magazines available through RBdigital (remember – we also offer a few digital magazines through Flipster).
The RBdigital App is available for iOS, Android, and Kindle Fire devices, and can be installed by following the links here.
We’re confident that you’ll transition over to the new platform with ease, but if you happen to run unto any trouble, please don’t hesitate to give us a call! We are always happy to help.
