Learn About Essential Oils at ‘Introduction to Essential Oils’ Workshop

It seems like everywhere you go these days you hear someone talking about using essential oils for a whole host of purposes from cleaning your home to creating a calm environment to soothing your aching head. If you’ve ever wondered if essential oils are right for you or how to get started, then we the perfect program for you!

Our July, ‘How-To’ Workshop introduces you to the basics of essential oils. You’re invited to join Kristine Atkinson of Natural Origins Inc., as she shares her knowledge of the use and benefits of essential oils. She’ll teach you how to safely and properly use essential oils and you’ll even have the chance to make some essential oil salts for a relaxing bath at home! The workshop will take place at our Budimir Branch on Saturday, July 22 from 11am-12pm.

Once you’ve learned the basics from Kristine, you’ll be able to enjoy and use the many books WPL carries on the subject of essential oils and aromatherapy.

Great to hear about some essential oils that don’t originate from Fort McMurray, the sandy regions of the Middle East or have to be transported by pipeline, freight train or tanker!

  2. Sharon Cornett says:

Very interested in this. Have just purchased an essential oil starter kit from a relative in California.
