Exercise on the Go to Stay on Track

In last month’s Stay on Track workshop we enjoyed learning about how to stay on track nutritionally with naturopathic doctor, Dr. Harrison Oake. He’ll also be joining us for some upcoming programs on additional health-related topics so stay tuned!

For this month’s Stay on Track session we’re focusing on keeping fit to stay on track.  We’re excited to share that we’ll be joined by certified personal trainer, Mike Carter of  Refine Fitness Studio. He’ll demonstrate exercises you can do anywhere so you can stay fit and active on the go. Make sure to wear you comfy clothes so you can practice along with Mike!
