December’s exhibit features paintings from a variety of artists belonging to Windsor’s Association of Representational Artists (ARA). This local group of artists participates in local art shows and events and also hosts member workshops and demonstrations in and around the Windsor area.
The ARA was formed in 1978 by a group of Windsor and area artists who shared a desire work and grow together in support of the art community. Their goal is to maintain high standards for the display and sale of each artists’ work.
The Community Art Wall here at WPL’s Central Branch is delighted to showcase works from ARA members; Diana Clark, Carol Shindler, Joan Murphy-Walker, Robert Bulman, Gabriella Garabom, Theresa Tremblay, Trudy Dempsey, Karin Sereres, Rico Dancel and Colleen Castonguay. The exhibit has been on display since the beginning of this month, which means you only have a couple more weeks to come downtown and browse these great artists.
