In the cold depths beneath the waves, parts of our country’s past lie waiting to be rediscovered.
For those whose passion lies in scuba diving or tales of Ontario’s earlier times, you will not want to miss a presentation by marine historians Cris Kohl and Joan Forsberg, sharing their latest discoveries of Lake Erie shipwrecks. New slides show sunken ships near Point Pelee.
All are welcome to attend. The presentation will held in the Central Library’s Community Living room, situated in the southwest corner of the first floor, starting at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday October 29.
Copies of their new book will be available for purchase afterwards.
