Helluva Dip and Netflix


I don’t know if any of you are like me, but I just wish I could click my heels and be fit and toned without doing ANY work. Zip. Zilch. Zero. You know, lounge about binge watching Netflix while eating a whole lot of Helluva Dip with the family size bag of Ruffles but still have the backside of Jillian Michaels and arms like Michelle Obama. I also am pretty sure I can consume a row of Oreos faster than of any of you, but my metabolism now at  52 has slowed to a snail’s pace. Suffice it to say that this is not a good pairing of situations.

For you men, perhaps arms and physique like Chris Hemsworth or Ryan Reynolds is maybe you are striving for.  …Ah…Ryan Reynolds…tweetypublic

But because I DO love Helluva Dip by the shovelful, thank goodness for our Windsor Public Library.  So if you have a love affair with Twinkies, pizza, can relate to my vice, or maybe just want to keep in the fabulous shape you already are, remember WPL is your go-to for health and fitness!
